Let's get cooking
Lemon Pepper Grilled Chicken
Bright, zesty and ready in half an hour. The weeknight chicken that never gets old.
- 30 min
- Serves 4
Lemon Pepper brings tangy lemon and bold pepper in one shake, so this chicken needs just a little oil and a hot grill.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Lemon Pepper, for seasoning
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Steps
- If using breasts, pound them to an even thickness (about 3/4 inch) so they cook evenly.
- Rub the chicken with olive oil and season both sides generously with Lemon Pepper.
- Grill over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side, until the chicken reaches 165°F inside.
- Rest 5 minutes, then squeeze fresh lemon over the top and sprinkle with parsley.
Make it your own
Slice it over a salad, tuck it into wraps, or serve with rice and grilled veggies. A shake of Lemon Pepper on the veggies ties it all together.
